Nafisa Islam
Assistant Professor
Nafisa Islam completed her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in October, 2017. She received her Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Environmental) degree from the same university in May, 2021. She has been working as a Lecturer in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) at Islamic University of Technology (IUT) from 2021. Before joining IUT, she served United International University (UIU) and Stamford University Bangladesh (SUB). Her expertise is in the area of Environmental Engineering. Her research work centered around air quality monitoring and analysis, national inventory development for heavy metals, data analysis and interpretations. She authored several publications in Scopus-indexed journals.
