Mohammad Z Bashar
Lecturer
Mohammad Bashar is currently pursuing his PhD in Construction Engineering and Management at the University of Colorado Boulder. His current research focuses on leveraging satellite imagery and machine learning to enhance road condition assessment practices. Prior to that, he obtained his Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering from the Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge. He also worked as a lecturer in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Islamic University of Technology (IUT) for two years. Mr. Bashar received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from IUT in 2014. He was awarded IUT Gold Medal for academic excellence in his undergraduate studies.
